Where is the event being held and how do I get there?

What happens when I get to the event?
Arrival:
When you arrive at the event, please report to the registration desk and let the staff know you are a speaker. Here you can collect your badge and discuss your audio-visual requirements with a member of our team. We will assist you to check your presentation in the break before your time slot.

Refreshments:
Morning coffee is available before the event, a lunch is served around midday and there will be a mid afternoon coffee break.

Documentation:
Presentations are now made available on a secure website within two weeks after the event for the attendees access only. Access details will be available to speakers and delegates at the event.

Dress Code:
Business attire is required throughout the event.
