Researching Business Law Module
Providing an introduction to legal research and the writing of legally researched papers.
Assessed by two coursework components:
1) A literature review
2) A research proposal
Dissertation
Your opportunity to do a major, extended piece of research on a maritime law topic of your choice. The dissertation should aim to suggest a new way of thinking about and/or improved understanding of the topic you have researched.
Assessment
Your performance is assessed by means of:
- Two pieces of written coursework for the module (together worth 25%),
- A dissertation (worth 75%).
