This programme delivers a detailed investigation of a wide range of issues, from vessel design and onboard operations, to terminal operations, vetting and chartering over 12 months.

For over fourteen years, Michael has been involved in the operation and maintenance of a wide range of seagoing tankers and dry cargo ships including the development and monitoring of maintenance systems, dry-docking and carrying out afloat repairs to a variety of vessels at various locations around the world. Michael has conducted in-house investigation of numerous engineering incidents on-board vessels.
