This is a very good course which gives an overall view of the various subjects. The time allocated between each module is just right. This was my first on-line learning experience and I would be very happy to do so again.

Trevor Harrison
Maritime Arbitrator and Mediator, UK

Trevor Harrison is a full time maritime arbitrator and mediator. He has practised in chambers, worked for a P&I club where he handled cargo claims and FD&D matters, has worked for a firm of marine consultants and surveyors, plus spent over 20 years as head of legal for Tramp Oil & Marine.

The best thing about the course is the fact that it has up to date information and knowledge given by market practitioners, which gives a fair perspective on the whole spectrum of the marine industry and the likely disputes to arise.
