This module explores an important part of the marine consultancy workload - how to interact with lawyers and build an effective win-win relationship. It also looks at rules of evidence and disclosure matters.
The penultimate module examines how marine consultants can promote and grow the business and also explores contract and client management in this context.
The final module looks at how marine consultants set their fees and how they manage the finances with effective cost management techniques.
