Stephane is a senior lecturer in business and management at Middlesex University. He has a PhD in Business from Macquarie University, Sydney and an MA in Knowledge Management from the University of Technology, Sydney. Stephane’s main research focus has been on the management of inter-firm relationships. More specifically he studies the management of cooperative buyer-supplier partnerships and the formulation and implementation of supplier strategies. He has been published in a number of journals on the topic of supplier strategies and he regularly presents his work at academic conferences around the world.

Dr Bournakis obtained a PhD in Economics from the University of Kent after completing an MA in Economics and Econometrics at the University of Manchester. His research interests lie within a broad area of Applied Economics, with particular reference to International Trade, Productivity Convergence and Industrial Organisation. He has also taught Maritime Economics in the MBA in Shipping and Logistics, he is currently the Programme Leader for the Distance Learning MBA in Middlesex University Business School.

Anna is currently Dean and Pro Vice Chancellor of Middlesex University Business School. She has worked with the strategic development of organisations and their management teams for more than 25 years. Her areas of specialism are organisational behaviour, managing people, and learning and development with a particular emphasis on managing and developing people in the virtual organisation. She has extensive research experience in survey design and data analysis at organisational, national and international levels.
