Neil leads the faculty for the Diploma in Port Management and is a highly experienced ports, shipping and logistics professional with over 30 years’ experience working in the maritime and logistics sector. He is Managing Director of IVOPS Ltd., focussed on supplying operational expertise to owners and operators of container vessels and operations development consultancy and training to container terminal operators.

Neil currently holds position as Independent Non-Executive Director of Dover Harbour Board, overseeing the administration and maintenance of the Port of Dover.
