Allan is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Marine Engineer with thirty years of marine industry experience. Of his thirty year career, Allan served fifteen years with the major Classification Society Bureau Veritas acting as a ship surveyor (all marks and all notations) and as Head of Section for Casualties, Damages and Repairs. Currently Allan is the Managing Director of Larsens Marine Surveyors and Consultants Ltd.
