Ed Woollam is a transactional lawyer with 25 years' experience in the maritime sector. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and a tutor and former examiner for the Institute - having started his career as a shipbroker and ship manager in the tanker trades in the late 1980s.
Ed has extensive experience in negotiating shipbuilding contracts, vessel sale agreements, ship finance documentation, charters, ship-management and project supervision contracts, and generally all forms of commercial agreements in the maritime sector.
