This small craft specific diploma is one of a kind.
Developed in partnership with North Kent College (home to the National Maritime Training Centre), this programme prepares participants with the skills and knowledge to meet the requirements expected of the industry. The detailed syllabus, taught by industry expert tutors, has enabled hundreds of participants to specialise in small craft surveying - with a focus on vessels up to 24 metres in registered length and less than 350 tonnes.
What’s more, this course is recognised by the following awarding bodies as contributing to an individual member's CPD requirements:

Graduates of the Diploma in Small Craft Surveying can apply to continue their studies to the MSc Marine Operations with Middlesex University with advanced standing entry. This continuation route has only been recognised for graduates of the Lloyd's Maritime Academy Diploma.
